I offer psychotherapy for adults who are seeking a greater understanding of themselves and are looking to improve their quality of life.

Together, we can explore whatever you may be struggling with, even when you are finding it hard to put it into words.

I offer a confidential, non-judgmental therapeutic space where we can work together to understand what is causing you distress and preventing you from living a more fulfilling life.

Our conversations will be collaborative, helping you gain greater clarity, deepen your self-understanding, and move forward with more confidence.

Taking that first step can be difficult, but it may also be the beginning of a meaningful and lasting change.

What is the difference between counselling and psychotherapy?

Psychotherapy and counselling names can be used interchangeably. Psychotherapists typically hold a postgraduate degree and go through longer training than counsellors.
