Hello,

I am Marta, a UKCP-registered therapist.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years working in the media industry across a range of corporate environments. This experience gave me the opportunity to work alongside people from many different cultures, while also leaving me searching for a deeper sense of purpose.

My aim is to offer an accepting, attentive space where difficult experiences can be explored with honesty and depth. Above all, I believe therapy is built on the relationship between client and therapist, grounded in trust, openness, and collaboration.

My own experience of therapy inspired me to train as a therapist and accompany others in their personal explorations. I find it deeply rewarding to sit alongside clients, as they make sense of their experiences and discover a more fulfilling path forward.

I have vast experience working with LGBTQ+, neurodivergent and multilingual clients.

Over the years, I worked with therapy clients across a range of support services:

My experience includes, but is not limited to, the below areas:

Grief & loss

Work-related stress

Relationships

Self-esteem

Sex

Sexuality

Gender identity

Abuse

Addiction

Anxiety

Depression

Childhood trauma

Domestic violence
