I am a person-centred psychotherapist with a particular interest in existential philosophy.
Person-centred therapy places you and your unique experience at the heart of the therapeutic process, rather than relying on the therapist’s interpretations or analysis of your life.
I offer a confidential, non-judgmental therapeutic space where we can explore together what is causing you distress or holding you back from living a happier life.
Within this accepting environment, you will have the opportunity to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and relationships. My hope is that this process will help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and feel more empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
We live in times where human connection often gets lost. In therapy we can restore it and use it for healing. It can be a powerful and at times challenging experience, and I am committed to walking alongside you throughout that journey.
